General Election

The Prime Minister has called a General Election for July 4th. People will have to show valid photo ID at polling stations when voting. You will not need to show ID if you have a postal vote.

There are 22 acceptable forms of ID, external, including:

  • Passports

  • Driving licences

  • Older or Disabled Person's bus passes
