North Pole Post Box

Post your letter to Santa in the North Pole Post Box and he will reply (no charge!). Just make sure your child’s letter is readable, especially their name please.

Feel free to visit the little fairy garden while you’re here too! The fairies love to see the little ones

For the adults - Postbox is in the porch. Replies will be available 2 days after posting your letter and will be in the postbox waiting for you (the lid lifts up). All letters will have a wooden ornament attached for your child to decorate and hang on their own tree. Letters can be posted up until 22nd December. Unfortunately Santa will be too busy to answer any letters posted after this date as his Mom is visiting for Christmas, but replies can be picked up after this date if the letter was posted before.

Lastly, on Christmas Eve (weather permitting) the Snow Machine will be out for an hour or so from approx 4pm … all welcome to have a bit of festive fun with a snowball fight or to make snow angels!
